By posting content, you grant Mxiggy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute such content solely for operating and improving the Services.
You are solely responsible for the content you post and any consequences arising from it.

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, and software used in Mxiggy are the property of Mxiggy or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use of any Mxiggy intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
6. Termination
Mxiggy may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.
You may terminate your account at any time by following the account deletion process provided in the Services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Mxiggy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or suitability of the Services.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mxiggy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
